Ever hung out in a Bank Vault?

Ok, so the money's been hauled away, but there's still that aura of cold hard cash when you sip the finest Scotch in Houston.

Built in the 1940’s, this old bank vault is located inside the pub, and is a cross between a Victorian style parlor and an “old school” lounge. It can accommodate up to 50 people, and is a great place to throw a private gathering for friends or co-workers. Mixed with cold tap beer or a fine glass of Scotch, it's a pretty cool place to spend an evening.

Decorations:

You are welcomed to bring your own decorations but we please ask that all helium balloons brought into the Pub is given to our staff for placement. Please, no glitter or adhesive hanging decorations. We ask that all decorations be approved by management before they are displayed. Kelvin Arms can also provide linens, floral arrangements and helium balloons for an additional charge

Vault Room Information

• Event reservations are on a first come first served basis and are confirmed with a signed contract, deposit, and pre-set menu.
• DEPOSITS: 1/2 of the estimated total- due upon booking. Deposits are considered non-refundable at least fourteen (14) days from date received. Deposits are also non-refundable if Cancelled within 9 days of the scheduled event.
• TABC does NOT allow clients to bring in any liquor, beer, OR wine from outside sources

I. Room Requirements for Private Parties

• THERE WILL BE A ROOM CHARGE on any room booked.
  *note: the room charge varies depending on the day of the week
• Sunday-Wednesday: $100.00 room charge fee
• Thursday-Saturday: $200.00 room charge fee
• Food and beverage minimum $400.00
• The event must end by 10pm to open back up to the public

Per person pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE alcoholic or Non-alcoholic beverages, room charge, gratuity or tax.
